A short visit to the doctors where she said that I was on my way to early stages of diabetes really was a stab to the chest for me , I was sitting at my heaviest 133 and I believe I was only gonna keep growing , I had to do something about it or else I was going to miss out precious play times with my kids, dad is diabetic so the chain had to end somewhere. the photo on the right was taken on the 20th of September and the one on the left was just yesterday, I’m now at 120 living my best life healthier, stronger and happier , nothing is impossible if your willing to push yourself past your comfort zone , like that old saying goes “What doesn’t kill you, only makes you stronger”

For all my girls looking to improve your leg strength, size & shape. Here's a glute focused 🍑 leg day including some of my favourite lower body excercises. ---Barbell Back Squat 4 x 10 ---Cable Glute Kick Backs 4 x 10
Holding the frame for stability with your abs tight, exhale as you use your glute to kick back in a semicircular arc at the highest point of extension ensure to squeeze your glute & control the movement on the way down for peak booty development. ---Bulgarian Lunges 4 x 10
If you're looking to take your lunge game to the next level, with your back leg elevated step forward into the lunge position. Making sure your knees track in line with your toes lower your body until your front thigh is at 90° & drive back up through your heel. ---Hip Thrusts 4 x10 🙌🏼
